Alba is the most appropriate tool to serve, taste and celebrate together truffles: a mysterious and delicious product of the Piedmontese lands.

The design of the Alba truffle slicer, created by Ben Van Berkel/UN Studio, draws inspiration from the twine created between the precious tuberous fungus and the root of the plant with which it lives in symbiosis. An absolutely new form for a traditional instrument. A sculptural and sophisticated object, it is yet at the same time functional and ergonomic. Made of stainless steel 18/10, the truffle slicer is created from the collaboration with the National Center of truffle studies, the International Fair of Alba truffles. The name of the object is a homage to the homonymous city.
